My company, HRS Ltd used to sell the Dr products in New Zealand. I closed the company last year. An old client of mine has a question for the developers. I tried to write to Michael Rucki but the email bounced. Is there anyone who can help my client?

This software isn't active anymore which means that if you want information about it, the official website of the developer provides all means to do so. Access the website and use the contact information to get in touch with the developer. Additionally, use the menus on the left to browse to other alternatives to Dr. Frame.
I downloaded Dr. Frame's free version on my Windows 8 laptop. The setup.exe file is in my download directory. I double click it, then the user account control Window shows up, I click "Yes", but nothing happens.
I need help to install it. By the way, what's difference between the free version and commercial version? What's the price for a commercial version?

Nothing happens when you launch the setup because the software isn't compatible with Windows 8. Try running it directly as Administrator using Run as Administrator when you right click the setup file. Confirm the UAC prompt and then watch what happens. Additionally, you might need to run Windows XP virtualized through VirtualBOX in order to have the software up and running.
